Return Information


Damaged or incorrect item, or if an item was missing, please call, write or e-mail our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt of goods. Returns are not accepted without prior approval, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight. Claims on single items $10 or greater in value require photos supporting the claim to receive full credit. Because most our merchandise is handcrafted, there will be some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.

Shipments with visible freight damage should be claimed with the carrier.


If you return an item, you will receive credit for the amount of the item (excluding shipping and handling).
